Begin
Begin a conversation.
The first conversation is short, direct, and free of obligation. If Binary Glyph is the right practice for what your business needs, we proceed. If not, we say so.
Binary Glyph operates from Toledo, Ohio. Engagements are conducted remotely; regional clients are met in person when useful. Most communication is asynchronous.
What happens next
A short sequence with no theater.
- Step one
- You complete a brief intake. Five minutes. The form captures enough for the first conversation to be useful. For sharper context first, run the budget calculator.
- Step two
- We respond within two business days. Either to schedule a thirty-minute call, or to say plainly that the fit isn’t right and point you elsewhere.
- Step three
- The first call is a real conversation. We learn about your business. You learn about how we work. If both sides see a fit, the usual starting point is the audit: fixed fee, credited toward the engagement, yours to keep.
No proposal decks. No discovery calls that are actually sales calls. No second pitch.
Two ways to start
Two ways to start.
- The intake
-
A short form that captures what we need to make the first conversation useful. Five minutes. Routes directly to the principal.
- The note
-
If you would rather write directly, send a note. We read everything. Same response time.
