Binary Glyph operates from Toledo, Ohio. Engagements are conducted remotely; regional clients are met in person when useful. Most communication is asynchronous.

Step one
You complete a brief intake. Five minutes. The form captures enough for the first conversation to be useful. For sharper context first, run the budget calculator.
Step two
We respond within two business days. Either to schedule a thirty-minute call, or to say plainly that the fit isn’t right and point you elsewhere.
Step three
The first call is a real conversation. We learn about your business. You learn about how we work. If both sides see a fit, the usual starting point is the audit: fixed fee, credited toward the engagement, yours to keep.
