Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved by arbitration will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of Lucas County, Ohio.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Arbitration will take place in Lucas County, Ohio. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising.
Exceptions: either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm. This arbitration clause does not affect your ability to file a complaint with applicable regulatory agencies.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
