The process
Social media marketing, as a process.
Posting more is rarely the answer. Binary Glyph runs social media marketing and management for Toledo, Ohio businesses as a process inside a six-month engagement: your brand’s own writing, cut for the platforms your buyers use, posted in your voice and your visual system, and measured with everything else, by one senior practitioner.
Start with the auditTwo weeks. A written plan. Credited in full to the engagement.
Where to post, and why
What gets sold as social media marketing is usually posting: a calendar of content made for the platform by someone who makes nothing else for your business, judged by numbers you cannot connect to a sale. It produces activity, in a voice the platform decided.
The first decision is where to post, and it follows your buyers, not habit. Pew Research Center’s 2025 survey shows how unevenly American adults spread across the platforms.
Share of U.S. adults who use each platform · 2025
- YouTube 84%
- Facebook 71%
- Instagram 50%
- TikTok 37%
- Reddit 26%
Two platforms reach most adults. The rest reach half or fewer, and the younger the audience, the more that changes. A business picks the two or three its buyers actually use, and does those well.
Where social sits in the six months
Social starts in month four, in Care, the last of the engagement’s five phases, and it starts late on purpose. Your voice, your visual system, and the writing social will carry have to exist first.

You see what it does
Engagement read against your site’s traffic and inquiries, not against itself. In month six, social’s share of the before-and-after; after it, the program keeps the feed in your voice.
The technical half and the creative half
Social is a system and a voice, and one hand does both.

System
Your profiles set up as brand surfaces: the mark at the size the platform shows it, the description in your position’s words, the links landing where they should. Admin roles documented, and accounts recovered where a former employee or vendor holds them. Tracking from a post to a visit to an inquiry.

Voice
Posts written by the hand that wrote your site, in the register your brand decided, making the claims your marketing makes everywhere else. Your typography and composition, so a post is recognizable before the name is read. No borrowed trends.
What the practice does not sell as social
Social is never its own program here, and it is never sold alone. If you want a feed filled on a schedule without a position under it, someone who does only that will serve you better, and the practice will say so. Daily production at volume, community management as a standing service, and influencer programs sit outside the engagement and are scoped on their own when you need them.
How it starts
Social work starts with the audit: two weeks, a senior read of your brand, your site, your search presence, your feeds as they stand, and your measurement, and a written plan for the next ninety days. It is $3,500, fixed, and it credits in full toward an engagement that starts within ninety days. The practice works with established businesses across Toledo and Northwest Ohio—Maumee, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Holland, Bowling Green, and the surrounding counties—and with businesses beyond the region. If you would rather talk first, the first step can be a conversation.
The other processes the engagement runs: SEO, local SEO, web design, email marketing, paid media, and brand identity, which is also sold on its own. How they integrate, in delivery: In Practice →
